RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns are accepted up to 21 days after item is delivered to you.  If you would like to receive a refund on your return, you must email us explaining the situation.

You may ask for a full refund, half refund or simply an exchange for a different size of the same product.  No other exchanges are accepted.

 

Any item returned must be in it's original condition.  Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is accepted or rejected.  If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment; credit card or PayPal. Please allow us 14 days to process your refund.

If you asked for an exchange, and you are approved, you will receive a 1 time use promo code for 100% off the same product.  You are responsible for all shipping on all exchanges.

You are responsible for return shipping.  If you are receiving a refund, the refund amount will be the subtotal + tax (if applicable).  The amount of your refund will not include the original shipping cost.
